Meet the brains (and heart) behind the magic

👋🏽 I love crafting and creating items for others to enjoy! PepPrints started as a hobby and a promise to my fur babies 🐾 that I would eventually start a business that allows me to stay home and spend more time with them.

Pepper, our Chief Pup Officer, crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge shortly after his 11th birthday. RIP 😢 . Now, more than ever, I am determined to bring as much joy to others as Pepper provided me!

We use the trusty USPS Priority Mail or UPS to get your goodies to you ASAP, but if there are any carrier slip-ups, we’re not responsible for the trouble.

Heads up, personalized products don't make the cut for returns, but don't worry! You can make minor tweaks while your proof is in the oven.

If you're going big with a custom order over $400, we’ll need a signed contract and ID/credit card to seal the deal. (Cause fraud happens 😒)

Sorry folks, no chargebacks are allowed, and if any sneaky ones pop up, we’re ready to take legal action.
